APPRAISALS
We deliver appraisals of Machinery and Equipment as well as Consumer and Industrial Inventory that draw upon the most current information. All of our appraisals are performed in accordance with the guidelines established by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) along with the Standards and Procedures of Professional Appraisal Ethics and Practice of the Canadian Personal Properties Appraisers Group (CPPAG).
VALUATION TYPES

Step by step
Appraisal Process
Project Engagement
We provide an initial consultation on a no cost basis where we can discuss and understand the requirements of your project. An engagement letter is then sent outlining the form of opinion and objective, approach and scope, timing, and cost.
Analysis
Our team will conduct an analysis of inventory and management reports, as appropriate, and review pricing information from used equipment dealers, on-line publications, equipment journals and our own auction and liquidation library and archives.
Site Visit & Information Request
We address the appraisal of both inventory and fixed assets through an on-site visit and inspection to determine the age and condition of the assets as well as the level of physical deterioration, and economic and functional obsolescence.
Final Report
We will provide, in full report format, an estimate of the Value of the inventory and/or fixed assets. Our analysis will include consideration of marketability and timing issues, general market conditions, market trends and prices, and technological issues, if any.
